Sales Promotion Agreement

1. Purpose

DataMax Business Systems will promote and sell the trader’s products to clear unsold or slow-moving stock efficiently.

2. How It Works

Facilitation Clause: DataMax may temporarily purchase designated unsold products to maintain sales flow. If not sold within the agreed period, the trader shall accept return at the original agreed value.

3. Commission

DataMax earns 15% commission on market price. Traders receive 85% of daily sales after reconciliation via M-Pesa.

This agreement remains active during promotion periods. Either party may terminate upon notice after clearing balances.

7. Dispute Resolution

All matters shall be resolved amicably under the laws of Kenya.
