How MYcroPESA Works


MYcroPESA is a sales and payments system operated by DataMax Business Systems. It connects sellers with active shoppers using a cashback incentive.

The platform hosts a native token, PESA Coin which is a merchant tool with a primary use-case to attract shoppers. This enables then to offload UNSOLD products into the marketpace fast, at full value. A service fee may be charged. By using this platform you agree to our rules, terms, and conditions. 1. What MYcroPESA Does

MYcroPESA connects Merchants (Sellers) with Shoppers (Buyers) digitally. It is simple and safe.

  • Shoppers earn loyalty tokens called PESA Coins on every purchase.
  • Merchants use a cashback rwarad as attraction to UNSOLD products by incentovising 'rational buying choices'.
2. Coins & Escrow

How it works for shoppers:

  • Payments are converted into PESA Coins.
  • Coins appear instantly in your account as cashback.

How it works for merchants:

  • Products are released with a Coin-Key escrow.
  • Merchants get Coin-Keys representing their sales value.

Redeeming coins:

  • Two tokens are needed: a PESA Coin + a Coin-Key to match the local currency value.
  • Merchants give cashback as part of the reward system.
3. Subscription Plans
  • Free Trial Plan: Limited features, earn 40% cashback.
  • Smart Saver Wallet: KES 20 per 7 days (or 20 Coins). Earn 80% cashback and can withdraw.
  • Premium PESA Club: KES 365 per year. Unlock merchant tools, coin swaps, advances, and free product listings.
4. Fees & Responsibilities
  • No fees for shoppers on purchases.
  • 1.5% fee for coin transfers.
  • The platform does not hold user money as deposits.
  • No one is liable for using the platform. All transactions are between willing buyers and sellers.
5. How to Use MYcroPESA
  • Follow the platform rules and policies.
  • Do not copy or misuse coins.
  • PESA Coins are rewards, not investments.
